Hello, I’m Ian Gaunt, baker and owner of Artisan Bakery. After training at Schofields on the third floor, I was told my bread was the best ever tasted, so I decided to open my own bakery 6 years ago, in the heart of Headingley. Situated on North Lane, Artisan Bakery was born.
From regulars to new faces, sweets to savoury, the bakery has something to offer for everyone.
